What is a CDN?
Answer out loud or in your head first, then compare.
Answer
A CDN is a network of servers that helps deliver content to users from a well-chosen, often nearby location. Many files, e.g. images, scripts and styles, can be stored there as copies. That way not every read has to load the main application server.
If the same image is downloaded thousands of times, the CDN can serve the stored copy repeatedly. But you have to decide what may be stored and for how long. One user's private response must not accidentally become a shared copy for everyone. A CDN also doesn't mean every dynamic response will always be cached safely.
Why it matters: CDN is listed in the offer and connects the frontend with the cloud.
Possible follow-ups: What do you do after changing a file whose old copy is still being served?
How did it go? Be honest — “Not yet” puts the question on your review list.
