It's worth recognising collections, functions, exceptions, modules and the async/await syntax. As in TypeScript, type annotations in Python don't by themselves check input data at runtime. For that kind of checking you can use a suitable library, e.g. Pydantic.
Calling an asynchronous function creates a work object, but you have to run it properly or await it. A blocking operation can stall the event loop. Threading details also depend on the version and type of Python environment, so I don't assume one model for every installation. Your CV confirms an experiment in Python, not years of work on a production backend in that language.
Why it matters: A basic level is more sensible than trying to learn a whole new stack.
Possible follow-ups: What does TaskGroup do, and why group asynchronous tasks?
How did it go? Be honest — “Not yet” puts the question on your review list.
