What are Entra ID, Microsoft Graph and SharePoint?
Answer out loud or in your head first, then compare.
Answer
They're three different parts of the Microsoft environment. Entra ID helps manage identity and login. Microsoft Graph provides an API to many resources and operations. SharePoint is used, among other things, to store documents and collaborate on them.
In an example assistant, an employee logs in through Entra ID, and the app uses Graph to access the supported SharePoint resources. Logging in doesn't mean the right to every file. You have to check both the application's and the user's permissions. Different documents can have different audiences, and their permissions can change independently of their content.
Why it matters: Gives a simple map of the names that appear in the offer.
Possible follow-ups: Why isn't a correctly logged-in person's token enough to reveal any document?
How did it go? Be honest — “Not yet” puts the question on your review list.
